Murine Phenotyping Core

Overview of Services

 

We specialize in the phenotypic characterization of mouse models.  We offer cardiovascular system, metabolic system, pulmonary system, neuromuscular system characterization in mice through specialized equipment, testing methods, and phenotyping protocols.  We also do behavioral testing, and exercise physiology studies in mice and advanced high frequency whole body mouse ultrasound, and high resolution x-ray imaging.
